My classes consist of interval training and are all multi-level classes, meaning that I have all experience and fitness levels from complete beginners who are new to working out, to people who have been taking Zumba® classes for years and are very fit. I have students from their teens on up and everyone is able to have fun and get a great workout!
Newbies - you will get lots of TLC in my classes! You can't "do it wrong!" All of my classes have very friendly, welcoming students, so come and try salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton and other international moves with us. Fun for all ages, fitness levels, and body types. You don't have to be a dancer! These classes are NOT just for women! Men experience the same benefits.
