Great class tonight! A newbie did an awesome job, as did our regular students! Lots of energy and personal flavor. Don't forget - if weight loss is your goal, don't focus only on the number on the scale. Sometimes as you continue working out, you are increasing muscle mass as you reduce fat. And muscle weighs more than fat, so if the number on the scale doesn't move, don't feel down. Instead, pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. You may be pleasantly surprised!
